Fondu is seeking a versatile, quality-obsessed video editor who can tackle a wide range of projects from scripted commercials to mini-docs to social content.

We are looking for a self-starter who can take a project and run with it, using your own creative instinct to create powerful moments on screen.

Timeliness, attention to detail, and great communication skills are a must.

• Edit emotive, story-driven video content within clearly defined timelines
• Build titles and motion graphics to supplement live action content
• Communicate with the creative director and project manager to align on project guidelines and creative vision
• Maintain organized folder structures and label footage
• Create proxy files when necessary
• Color grade footage
• Sound design
• Embrace collaboration and feedback

• 3+ years experience editing short-form digital content, including narrative, doc, talking heads, social, etc.
• Ability to self-produce and manage your time across multiple deliverables and/or projects
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve
• Proficiency in sound design, Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Love of learning and growing

• This role is project-based to start, with the potential for a full-time role as Fondu continues to grow
• Compensation will depend on experience and project sophistication
